Walls of Trabzon

A series of fortification walls that surround Trabzon in northeastern Turkey and are referred to as "Walls of Trabzon". This fortification is sometimes referred to as the Trabzon Castle (Turkish: Trabzon Kalesi), although it did not serve as such.
