Sacred Area of S. Omobono

An archaeological area in the Forum Boarium comprising an ancient ritual precinct with twin temples ranging in date from the Archaic period through the time of the Roman Empire. The Medieval church dedicated to S. Omobono stands atop the remains of one of the two ancient temples.
