Mothis

Mūṭ, known in antiquity as Mothis and today as Mūṭ al-Kharāb, a city of the Western Desert that served as a capital of the Dakhleh Oasis region since the Old Kingdom period. In the Late Antique period, it was the capital of the Mothite Nome.
