Coleshill

sanctuary · 30 BC – 640 AD

Excavations in the late 1970s revealed evidence for a multi-phase sanctuary. The Iron Age site was of circular plan, while the Romano-British site, of two phases, consisted of a walled enclosure with two shrines.
