Pandiruppu

archaeological site · 1900 AD – 2099 AD

A settlement in eastern Sri Lanka that was reported in the early 20th century to have been the findspot of one, and maybe a few more, Roman bronze coins of the fourth century. Walburg suspects that this reported provenance may be incorrect.
