Great Zimbabwe

Great Zimbabwe was the capital of the Queen of Sheba, according to legend. The city, covering ca. 80 hectares, belongs to the Bantu civilization of the Shona culture and dates between the eleventh and fifteenth centuries. It was an important trading center.
