A people whose Roman-era settlement (katoikia) is mentioned in an inscription honoring Trajan that was found in conditions of reuse in the area of modern Simav, which is located in Turkey's Kütahya province. The inscription makes it clear that the settlement was under the administration of Ancyra (Phrygia), but its precise location has not been determined.
