Giricano

Modern Giricano, site of the ancient Dunnu-ša-Uzībiis, is located in the Upper Tigris region of south-eastern Turkey, in the province of Diyarbakir, about 11 km southeast of modern Bismil, ca. 5 km northwest of Ziyaret Tepe, on the north bank of the Tigris River.
