House of Meleager

The so-called "House of Meleager" (VI.9.2) is a domus in Pompeii of the "Samnite" type that was excavated first in 1829, then again in 1836 and 1966. The interior boasts rich painted decoration corresponding to Mau's first, third, and fourth styles.
