Iuliobriga

Iuliobriga was an ancient Roman city founded in the territory of the Cantabri during the Cantabrian Wars (29–19 BCE). The site of the settlement is associated with archaeological remains found at Retortillo (Cantabria) and the Villafría district, in the municipality of Campoo de Enmedio.
