Son Espases Roman Camp

This Roman camp, discovered in northern Palma, Mallorca, during construction of the Hospital de Son Espases, dates to Metellus' conquest of the island ca. 123-121 BCE. The visible remains on the north side of the hospital were consolidated and moved from the larger site, which is no longer visible.
