Roman Aqueduct from Gorze to Metz

A Roman aqueduct with a course of about 22 km, originating from the Bouillons spring near Gorze (208 m) and flowing to the city of Divodurum (Metz) (184 m). Some 12.7 km of the aqueduct is subterranean. Arched aqueduct bridges are extant at Ars-sur-Moselle and Jouy-aux-Arches.
