Greek theater, Monte Iato

The Greek theater of Monte Iato was built in the fourth century BCE at a site already inhabited by the Elymians. The theater complex had a long life, used for the same purpose in the Roman period and repurposed as a domestic space by Arab occupiers in the seventh century.
