Villa Romana di Boscorotto

A Roman villa with an area of more than 1,000 square meters was first identified at In Boscorotto, between the Maddaloni and Acerra districts, in 1987. Excavations were carried out between 1992 and 1993 during the construction of the Marcianise-Maddaloni freight yard.
